    The spacious room with a fine view of Lake Chuzenji was a delight. The really good service was good, from the warm welcome to my deliciously prepared kaiseki dinner, all while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

    No milk provided in onsen.

    Excellent location with amazing views of Lake Chuzenji.

    The hotel is quite remote, requiring lengthy taxi rides, each costing upwards of $40. The yukata provided was excessively long and not suitable for someone of smaller stature. The absence of milk in the onsen resting area was surprising and disappointing, given that it's a common expectation in Japanese onsens.

    We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The facilities were really good, including the spa and onsen. The staff were passionate, dedicated, and provided world-class hospitality. the food was delicious and wholesome. everything was perfect.

    The hotel I stayed at during my city trip was a pretty decent one. The staff was nice and friendly and they had a stunning view from the hotel room. They also offered a great selection of food and the spa was very relaxing. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently located near the city center, yet far away from the hustle and bustle. Another great advantage was the shuttle service, which made it easy to get around without having to worry about transportation.

    There were a few things that I wasn't too fond of during my stay. The hotel room was quite outdated and seemed to be lacking some basic amenities that should have been included.

    My girlfriend and I had an amazing romantic escape in a hotel that truly surpassed our expectations. the facilities were absolutely breathtaking, especially the spa and the natural hot spring bath. the restaurant had a great menu selection with locally sourced ingredients and a very attentive staff. the hotel is situated in the heart of a natural paradise, surrounded by beautiful mountains, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.

    We didn't find any negative aspects of our experience at all. But this could be because everything worked so perfectly and we were simply in awe of the beauty of everything around us.
